Description

Waiting On God and the Air Force / Devotional Memoir

We find ourselves waiting on God during a variety of life experiences. Waiting is often difficult, stressful, andtiresome. We grow impatient and frustrated. At times it is hard for us to understand why we must wait.

God saw our family through a tremendous amount of waiting during my husband Joel’s 24-year Air Force career. The Lord gave us grace when we didn’t deserve it. He comforted us in times of difficulty and blessed us well beyond our own dreams. Through the years, we learned to trust in God’s plan for our lives. Written devotional style, I hope our stories will be an encouragement to you during your own times of waiting.

I loved this book and I’m not even in an Air Force family. It was such an easy read. My favorite points were 1) I love the verses before and after the short stories, along with the bullet points and how her personal stories relate to the reader. 2) Loved the “Albuquerque brown” apartment!!! LOL!!! 3) Loved the “13 and 15” ages reference for married people; another LOL! Rosemary added humor, honesty, patience, and thankfulness throughout the book. Can’t wait for her to write another!
